Factory trailer brake controller is speed sensitive but does not put out enough volts at speeds below 30 mph. Regardless of gain setting, trailer does not have adequate braking and is a serious hazard. Connected to a ford factory controller, trailer will lock up brakes. Answer from dealer is to install an after market trailer brake controller. This is a serious safety hazard. I am not the only one.
