Diesel exhaust smell in cab sometimes very strong causes headaches dizziness when stopped at stoplights, signs, idling or moving slow. Opening windows does not really help unless you are moving, cannot sit an idle and stay in cab very long. Cool or cold weather seems to make it worse.
